3 Spaghetti Recipes- Bolognaise- Marinara- Aglio E Olio

(1) SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE (BOLOGNAISE) RECIPE

Boil spaghetti until cooked (10 minutes or more, depending on the thickness of spaghetti strands). Strands should not be too soft. Drain water, fold in 1 tbsp olive and mix well, this is to prevent the spaghetti from sticking to each other. Set aside.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti for two
350 grams minced meat
1 large onion- cut into cubes
1 medium size carrot - cut into 1 cm slice
½ can button mushrooms-cut into slices
1/2 cup broccoli slices
1 can of peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1 ½ cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese (a bit salty)
5 pieces garlic- minced (chop finely)
2 tablespoon olive oil
Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onion until light brown. Add in minced meat, garlic and mushrooms. Stir for 5 minutes. Add in water, puree, oregano, broccoli and carrot. When carrots almost turn crisp tender, add peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper. Serve hot. Garnish with parmesan.
Serving is for 2 portions Spaghetti Bolognaise.


(2) SPAGHETTI MARINARA RECIPE

Boil spaghetti until cooked (10 minutes or more) depending on the thickness of spaghetti strands. Spaghetti should not be too soft or soggy. Drain water, fold in 1 tbsp olive and mix well, this is to prevent the spaghetti from sticking to each other. Set aside
Ingredients:
Spaghetti for 2
3 pieces large size squids
6 medium size prawns- do not shell the tail part
½ cube anchovies (ikan bilis)
2 pieces garlic- minced
1 tablespoon chili flakes
½ can tomato puree
1 - 1 ½ cups of water
2 tablespoon olive oil and salt
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, chili flakes, anchovies, squids and prawns. Stir until half-cooked. Add water, salt and tomato puree and stir until sauce thickens.
Place spaghetti on individual plates. Pour sauce on it. Serve hot.
Serving is for two portions of Spaghetti Marinara
(3) SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO RECIPE- OR SPAGHETTI OLIO WITH GARLIC RECIPE

Boil spaghetti until cooked (10 minutes or more, depending on the thickness of spaghetti strands). Spaghetti should not be too soft or soggy. Drain water, fold in 1 tbsp olive and mix well, this is to prevent the spaghetti from sticking to each other. Set aside.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti for two
1 cup beef stock
Salt  to taste
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese ( a bit salty)
5 pieces garlic- minced (chop finely)
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespooons chili flakes
Heat olive oil in a pan. Saute' garlic until golden brown. Add stock and salt. When boiled, add cooked spaghetti. Stir for about 3 minutes.
Place on serving plates and drizzle some chili flakes and parmesan.
