JELLY-CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE. A VERY SIMPLE AND FLAVORFUL PUDDING RECIPE.



Cocoa trees bear fruit pods which contain cocoa beans. These beans are dried and turned into powder form and is easily soluble in water.



Jelly Chocolate Pudding Ingredients
3 large glasses of water
3 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
150 grams china grass

Chocolate-Pudding Milk Sauce Ingredients
2 egg yolks
2 ½ glasses or 500cc low fat milk
1 teaspoon fresh ground vanilla
150 grams sugar

Boil water, jelly and cocoa powder. Whisk until jelly dissolves.
Pour jelly inside a mould. Leave to cool. Refrigerate

Beat up egg yolks until slightly fluffy. Add in low fat milk, vanilla and sugar.
Boil until sugar dissolves, stir for another 5 minutes and put off fire.

When ready to serve, cut pudding into smaller slices and place in a bowl.
Pour in milk sauce. If you like cold pudding, add some ice cubes. Its great to eat, this pudding is not sweet and cocoa has anti oxidant properties.
Chocolate Pudding makes servings for six. My dutch artist friend loves this so much, that we decided to invite friends over for a special tea gathering and serve this as “The Vincent van Gogh-Chocolate Pudding" for our  tea gathering. Wow, how did he get the  inspiration to paint Mona Lisa- eat chocolate pudding ??

FRESH FRUIT JUICE- 4 TYPES OF ROSELLE FRUIT JUICE RECIPES

1. FRESH ROSELLE FRUIT JUICE RECIPE

ALSO KNOWN AS FLORIDA CRANBERRIES

This deep red color fruit comes from the Roselle plant. Boil 6 pieces fresh Roselle fruits with 4 glasses of water. Leave to simmer until 2 glasses left. Add sugar or honey to taste. Serve cold. Fruit juice serves 2.

2. HOW TO MAKE ROSELLE SMOOTHIES- FRESH ROSELLE SMOOTHIES RECIPE

In Malaysia, Roselle fruit is called “Roselle" also


Boil 8 pieces fresh Roselle fruits with 4 glasses of water. Leave to simmer until 2 glasses left. Leave the juice to cool. Remove residue if you wish. Blend with strawberry yogurt. Serve immediately. Roselle Smoothies serves 2.

3. HOW TO MAKE ROSELLE JUICE WITH DATES- ROSELLE AND DATES JUICE RECIPE

Blend 6 pieces fresh Roselle fruits and 10 pieces seeded dates with 2 glasses of water. Heat blended juice and let it boil for 5 minutes. Leave to cool. Serve cold with ice cubes.  
4. ROSELLE,CHAMOMILE TEA RECIPE.

Heat 6 pieces fresh Roselle fruits with 4 cups of water. When boiled, add 1 sachet of chamomile tea and sugar to taste. Leave to simmer until 2 cups left. Serve hot. Roselle Tea serves two.

SPICY FRIED RICE RECIPE- HOW TO MAKE THAI PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE.

Pineapple or "Nenas" in the Malaysian language or "Anana" in the Philippino's is a popular fruit. In Malaysia, the sweetest variety of pineapple is called "Nenas Sarawak"- originated  from Sarawak, one of the Malaysian, states. When ripened, the nenas sarawak tastes so sweet, eating it helps eliminate the uncomfortable  "full tummy" feeling.


PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE RECIPE 
Servings for two
Cut 1 ripe pineapple in half lengthwise. Hollow out. Makes 2 pieces pineapple skin platter to serve pineapple fried rice.

Cook 1 cup of rice. Set aside

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup ripe pineapple slices
10 pieces medium size prawns- do not shell
3 pieces garlic – minced      3 small onions – fine slices
¼ cup canned green peas 1 red chili – slice
¼ cup fresh corn       1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp mango chili sauce   1 cube beef stock
Salt to taste and 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

Fry garlic and onions in hot oil until brown. Add beef stock, prawns, pineapple and corn. Stir until half- cooked, add green peas, chili, sauce & chili flakes, salt. Leave for 1 minute, add rice and mix well. Pour fried rice inside pineapple hollow. Serve hot. This recipe comes from cooking-varieties

ASIAN SALAD RECIPE. FRUIT AND VEGETABLE-SALAD RECIPE. ALSO ASIAN SALAD- DIP-RECIPE



DIP Recipe- 5 red chilies, 2 pieces garlic, 3 tablespoons prawn paste, 1 tablespoon date vinegar, 2 tablespoon coarsely grounded  peanuts (dont blend), 3 tablespoon brown sugar and salt to taste.
 Blend all ingredients. Then add in ground peanuts or you may add ground pistachios and cashew nuts instead... Mix well. You may dip in  your fruits and vegetables 
 OR cut them into small pieces and mix with the dip to form an Asian Salad Recipe. 
Other raw vegetable varieties include carrot, red cabbage, coral salads, long beans, green mango, half ripe papaya,lettuce, mint leaves, ripe pineapple and celery.
