COCONUT SMOOTHIE WITH DRAGON FRUIT |
Water from 1 half ripe coconut (about 2 glasses)
1 medium size red dragon fruit (about 2 glasses)
1 cup yogurt or 1 glass yogurt
Peel dragon fruit and blend with coconut water and yogurt. Serve immediately with ice cubes. Use chilled glasses if you don’t like ice cubes. Coconut water is slushy and has a uniquely delicious taste.

ReplyDelete@ where2 - both dragon fruits have the same sweetness. the red ones are rich in antioxidants and also contain lycopene, which helps reduce risk of prostate cancer. the white /yellow ones contain allicin which helps prevent certain cancers
What a fabulous fruit. Bit tricky to find one here in rural UK...we seem to only have apples and oranges at the local shop :( I shall seek one out when I go to town because the health benefits are great and this recipe is super. Thanks
