PLUM , PINEAPPLE AND GINGER JUICE RECIPE.. PLUM, CHAMOMILE AND ORANGE JUICE RECIPE

1- PLUM , PINEAPPLE AND GINGER JUICE RECIPE..

2- PLUM, CHAMOMILE TEA  AND ORANGE JUICE RECIPE
Mature plum fruit may have a dusty-white coating that gives them a glaucous  appearance
Plums, when it is dried  is called Dried Plums or Prunes
Dried plums (or prunes) are also sweet and juicy and contain several antioxidants.  Plums and prunes are known for their laxative effect. This effect is attributed to various compounds present, such as dietry fiber.  Prunes and prune juice are often used to help regulate the functioning of the digestive system.
Here, two plum juice recipes for you to refresh..........

Plum, pineapple and ginger juice recipe

Ingredients – makes 2 glasses
1 teaspoon young  ginger root juice
1 cup slice sweet ripe pineapples
1 cup plums- seeded, keep skin for fiber
1 cup soya bean milk
1 tablespoon honey
Blend all and serve cold...
The benefits of tea are lessened when milk is added, so for health benefits, use soya bean and honey instead. Drinking tea increases overall energy level.
The Greengage Plum variety

Greengage fruits  are identified by their round-oval shape and smooth-textured pale green flesh; they are on average smaller than round plums. The skin ranges in color from green to yellowish, with a pale blue "blush" in some cultivars, and also reddish-purple due to crossbreeding with other plums.
Greengages are known for their rich, confectionery flavor and  among the finest plums for making desserts.
The Mirabelle Plum variety

The Mirabelle, specialty of France- is small, oval shape, smooth-textured flesh, and especially by its dark yellow color,  which becomes flecked in appearance.
They are known to be sweet and flavorful. The fruit is primarily used in jams and pies.
