TEA IN THE SAHARA RECIPE- FRESH DATES WITH CHAMOMILE AND GINGER TEA RECIPE

FRESH DATES WITH CHAMOMILE AND GINGER TEA RECIPE

Beneath the sheltering sky
To the desert, i would fly

I feel like having tea…  in the Sahara
I just love to roam…. this desert  land
Having you with me, where the dunes are
My tea cup will not be …. filled with sand
A respect to the Sahara - The addax, a large white antelope, an endangered species of the Sahara, can go nearly  A YEAR  in the desert without drinking.
Me? until the twelfth of never? NO, I can  only go for half a day.
What about you?..  right now I need some  tea- anything with chamomile added, would be just  fine.. Salute to you addax.. I need my tea now
Herb tea sold in sachets-
Laxative herb tea
On herbal laxative tea, anything with senna leaf will work. Senna leaf is a natural stimulant for this. The "smooth move" tea from Traditional Medicinals, is a favorite. “Twinnings” has one of the best tea selection and is a favorite too.
My nutritionist advised that herbal tea is great, but it is just fruit teas that you have to be careful with, as they contain lots of sugar
Lemon balm herb tea
It is also known as “Melisa”.  Contains flavonoids and  polyphenolics. Lemon balm has anti-herpes properties and it regulates the thyroid function. Also  sedative  and  has a  stimulating effect on brain functions
GREEN TEA
The best for your skin would be green tea.
Any tea which contains flavanoids and anti oxidants are good for the skin-
RECIPE- the shortest in my blogging history
IN THE SAHARA,  I  will have
4 cups FRESH DATES JUICE,
STEEPED  for half hour with
1 cup water,
1cm GINGER  and
2 SACHETs CHAMOMILE -  that makes a pot.
When done, serve with ice cubes.
Yummy,  energized and no diabetic sugar .
                 INCORPORATED FOOD ART WITH RECIPE
INSPIRATION FROM THE DESERT AND THE SNOW, MY MUSIC AND MY LOVE , WILL  ALWAYS BE  MY CUP OF TEA..

  14. My sisters and I
Have this wish before we die
    And it may sound strange
As if our minds are deranged
    Please don't ask us why
    Beneath the sheltering sky
    We have this strange obsession
You have the means in your possession

We want our tea in the Sahara with you
We want our tea in the Sahara with you

    The young man agreed
    He would satisfy their need
So they danced for his pleasure
With a joy you could not measure
They would wait for him here
    The same place every year
    Beneath the sheltering sky
Across the desert he would fly

Tea in the Sahara with you
Tea in the Sahara with you

    The sky turned to black
    Would he ever come back?
They would climb a high dune
They would pray to the moon
    But he'd never return
    So the sisters would burn
As their eyes searched the land
With their cups full of sand

Tea in the Sahara with you
Tea in the Sahara with you
Tea in the Sahara with you
Tea in the Sahara with you
