THE PEACH BANANA LEMON JUICE

This fantastic thirst quencher is from the schweppes collection, where i have added a little more peach and some honey for a touch of natural sweetness.

For me, the schweppes combination of of fruit flavors in their juices and cocktail, are simply awesome.
       Ingredients
  • 2 peach fruit- skin and de-stoned
  • 1 medium banana
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 40ml Schweppes Lemon Juice Cordial
  • Honey
  • Some ice cubes
  • Blend all the ingredients  and pour into chilled glasses.
  • Serve with ice cubes- makes two

I like reading blogs that are well presented. To be honest i think perfection and perfectionist is well represented here just like our friends, Toronto Lee,Amelia,Angie of KK,Sweet Marie,Azwa,Harnidah,CA,Queenie which all surely ranked very high on my list of addictive blog to visit.Thank you for sharing and giving valuable info on health. Syabas and without your efforts and creativity to near perfection it would be near impossible to come up with a blog of this high quality and top class standard.Keep it up and best regards Uncle AL.

    1. Hi AL, or is it Dato AL? thanks for your inspiring compliments- putting me on cloud 9. Really glad you like the two posts, one of which is rarely published in foodie blogs.

i always feel that apart from being selective over the ingredients used in any dish/ meal we eat/ cook- we also need to know how to maximise the absorption of health benefits any food can offer.
Will strive to do better. Have a nice day .

  14. Hi CV,
Shld be good for my HBlood Pressure, taken daily esp with the banana added. Suppose using Pisang Emas shld be sweet without having sugar or honey added?

The whole of Ramadan our family went gagagogoo each day trying out new fruit juices.. with mint leaves added to them.

So... I have prepared a small patch to grow my own Pudina, did that when I was in the jungles, easy to grow even in pots, will act as decorative plants..

Tks for this recipe.. Cheers always!
