Ingredients: for 2 persons
1 medium size carrot- slice 1 cm thick
2 pieces garlic-minced
2 pieces garlic-minced
10 pieces fish balls
4 cups mineral water
1/4 cube chicken stock
Salt and pepper
2 cups quick cook oats
Spring onion
Salt and pepperBoil 4 cups mineral water with garlic, chicken stock, carrots, fish balls, salt and pepper
When carrots almost softened, add in oats and spring onions.
Stir for 2 minutes and put off fire. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot

ReplyDeleteIn order to make the porridge simply mix the oats with the water or milk and put into medium heat in a saucepan. As the temperature rises it will begin to cook together. It only takes a couple of minutes to cook, but if you like yours thicker then leave it a bit longer.
