For Every Thing, There is a Seasoning
A condiment is sauce or seasoning added to food -to impart a particular flavor or, in some cultures, to complement the dish. They may also be dry, such as a mixture of herbs and seasonings. Many condiments are available packaged in single-serving packets (sachets), like mustard or ketchup as in fast food. Some condiments are used during cooking itself, to add flavor or texture to the food, like barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, marmite are examples…..wikipedia
Kosher salt (a coarser-grained salt) is rubbed into chicken to tenderize the meat and improve flavor. A well designed dish may combine seasonings that complement each other.

Herbs are distinguished from spices. Herbs are leafy, green plant parts used for flavoring.
In addition to the choice of herbs and seasonings, the timing of when flavors are added will affect the chicken that is being cooked.

A spice is a dried seed, fruit, root, bark, or vegetative substance used in nutritionally insignificant quantities as a food additives for flavor, color, or as a preservative that kills harmful bacteria or prevents their growth…wikipedia

  2. Chicken is probably one of my favorite foods. It has low calories, it makes you feel full faster and it nourishes you. Chicken sandwiches are a really healthy alternative and they are great to pack for work or school if you are following a healthy diet and there are no healthy food alternatives there.
